When does the money reach my bank?

Guests pay by card — onto your own Stripe account, or, where Stripe pays you through Cross-Border Payouts (a bank in Mexico, for example), to us with your full share sent on. Stripe then waits before paying out to your bank: at least 48 hours in the US, and 7 days in Mexico and Canada. Those are Stripe's own minimums — we can't shorten them and neither can you.

While a payment is still in Stripe you can refund it from the booking or order — in full, less the card fee, or in part. After it is paid out, refund your guest directly.

You can see every payment and payout in your own Stripe dashboard — it's your account, not a sub-ledger we keep.
