What does it cost to list?

Listing costs nothing and there is no monthly charge. Our service fee is added on top of your price at checkout and paid by the guest — it is never deducted from what you asked for.

You get your full asking price. If a guest cancels inside the refund window, our fee is returned to you as well, so a cancelled booking doesn't leave you paying commission on it.

One condition: your Stripe payout account has to be connected, with a bank account on it, before a listing can go live. Guests literally cannot book an owner who can't be paid.
