What happens if I have to cancel on a guest?

Cancel from the booking to free the dates. Cancelling refunds nothing by itself.

Refund from the same page: in full, less the card fee, or a part. It works while the payment is still in Stripe; after that, refund the guest directly.

Cancelling on a guest who has already paid and travelled is the one thing most likely to get a listing taken down.
