Each one is listed with what it actually has — the shade, the storage, how many it sleeps, whether there is air conditioning, whether pets are welcome. No two of them are the same and the descriptions say so plainly rather than evenly.
Rates are monthly and quoted when you ask. A season is not a weekend, and what it comes to depends on how long you are staying and when.
