Casa Kukuaa is a studio casita on the El Teso hillside, above the bay. One room, one bath, sleeps two — built for a couple, a solo kiter, or anyone who wants the quiet without giving up the view.
The palapa out front is the whole point. Firepit for the evenings, thatch overhead for the middle of the day, and a patio positioned for the full moon rise over the Sea of Cortez.
Fully fenced, which matters more than you'd think — El Teso has its share of curious dogs. No pool, no gym, no fuss. This is the one you pick when you want the town to fade and the stars to show up.
