The penthouse at Club Cerralvo — top of the hill, dead center of La Ventana. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms downstairs; the third bathroom is on the private rooftop terrace, along with a pool table, a bar, a bonfire pit, and views across the whole bay to Isla Cerralvo.
Air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and Starlink, full kitchen. Sleeps four comfortably.
The building itself is a private club: pool, gym, bar, BBQ area — all included with the stay. It's the closest thing La Ventana has to a resort feel while still being a real neighborhood, not a compound.
Pets are welcome in the unit itself. The club common areas are pet-free — worth knowing if you're travelling with a dog.
