Learning to wing foil can be challenging and that’s exactly where good coaching makes the difference. We specialize in tailoring every lesson to the individual, so you can learn at your own pace, build confidence, and progress without feeling rushed.
Whether it’s your first time holding a wing or you’re already riding and ready to get on foil, we meet you where you are. We’ll work on the skills that matter most for your progression, from wing control, board handling, and safety to foiling, riding upwind, transitions, and more advanced techniques.
With experienced coaches, quality equipment, and the steady winds of La Ventana, our goal is simple: make a challenging sport easier to learn and a lot more fun along the way!

Kite & Wing Academy's own cancellation policy
Wing Lesson Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your lesson may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If we need to cancel due to weather, water conditions, or safety concerns, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund less the 2.9% processing fee.

Good to know
No experience needed. Our Wing lessons are beginner-friendly and tailored to your ability and comfort level. Swimming ability required. You should be comfortable in the water and able to swim independently. We provide the gear. Board & wing , radio communication helmets, impact vest/PFD, and all necessary equipment are included. What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water, and a positive attitude. Conditions matter. Lessons may be adjusted, rescheduled, or canceled if water or weather conditions aren’t suitable for safe riding. Come ready to get wet. Falling is part of learning and part of the fun. Safety first. Your instructor will cover board operation, foil awareness, falling technique, and safety procedures before you ride.
