You have a place here. Two ways to work with us.

A house, a truck, a kite school, a spare casita. Either you run it and we send you the guests, or you hand it over and we run the whole thing. Most people know instantly which one they are.

You run it

List it yourself

You set the price, you talk to the guest, you keep your whole rate. Free to list. Our fee is added at checkout and paid by the guest, so nothing comes out of what you charge. The money goes straight to your own account.

We run it

We manage it for you

For houses let by the season, where you'd rather not deal with tenants at all. We screen them, sign the contracts, collect the rent, remit it on a schedule, and handle the water pump at midnight. A percentage of rent collected, everything included.
