Upper studio available starting March 2027. Lower studio available starting February 2027. Monthly minimum. Two min drive or 10-15 min walk to the beach. Two person limit per unit. No smoking. No pets. No parties. Rate all inclusive.
Each floor is its own unit and includes: King memory foam bed; AC; living room area with smart TV and memory foam couch; private patio with views of the sea and Baja landscape; fully equipped kitchen; walk-in closet; dual sink bathroom with walk-in shower and exhaust fan; dimmable lights throughout the house
