Casa Eva sits on the quiet side of El Sargento, up the road from the Delegación municipal office. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps six — enough room for a family or a small kite crew that wants their own space.
AC in the sleeping areas and Wi-Fi that holds a video call, so the house works for the sweaty months and the working weeks. The kitchen is full — a real one, for the nights you don't feel like driving into La Ventana for tacos.
Outside: a palapa for shade, a grill for sundown ceviche, off-street parking, and a dedicated corner for the kite bag. Pet-friendly, fully fenced.
El Sargento is the smaller, quieter twin to La Ventana. You get the same wind, the same water, and about half the traffic on the way to the beach.
