Downstairs, you’ll find a cosy queen bed, a comfortable lounge area, and a small private patio—the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day on the bay. Upstairs is a full bed tucked away on the mezzanine, along with a dedicated workspace where you can catch glimpses of the ocean while you work.
