Casa Luz is a brand-new three-bedroom house at the entrance to El Sargento, up the road from Las Palmas — a small kite spot that's quietly become one of the more interesting corners of the area, with new schools and a handful of boutique restaurants.
Fully fenced, security system, room for six. Two bedrooms on the main floor. The top bedroom has its own terrace and its own privacy — a real bedroom, not a converted attic — and it catches every sunrise over the water and every moonrise behind the mountains.
Starlink internet, which in La Ventana matters. Newly finished, so everything works the way it should.
Best fit for a family who wants space, or two couples who like each other but want their own floor.
