Message the seller from your booking page first — their name and phone are there once you've paid.

Refunds and cancellations follow the terms the seller wrote on the listing. While the payment is still with Stripe, the seller can refund it through the site; after that, any refund is arranged between you.

Rent La Ventana isn't a party to the booking and doesn't decide disputes between buyers and sellers.
