Do I need separate accounts to book and to list?

When you sign up we ask whether you're here to book or to list, but that only decides which page you land on first. It isn't a permanent choice.

If you signed up as a guest and later want to rent something out, go to “Add a listing” and you'll be set up as an owner in a click. Owners book other people's places with the same account.
