I can't log in

The most common cause is simply the wrong password. Use “Forgot your password?” on the login page: we email a link that lets you set a new one without needing the old one.

The link works once and lasts an hour. If it's expired by the time you click it, just ask for another.

If the reset email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder. Reset emails are rate-limited, so if you've asked several times in a row you may need to wait a little before the next one goes out.

Every password box on the site has an eye icon — click it to see what you're typing. Most login trouble is a typo you can't see.
